激励式心理干预结合安慰性抚触护理对剖宫产患者产后心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Motivational Psychological Intervention Combined with Comforting Touch Nursing on Postpartum Psychological Status and Sleep Quality of Cesarean Section Patients

目的:分析激励式心理干预结合安慰性抚触护理对剖宫产患者产后心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年1月三明市第一医院产科收治的剖宫产患者103例作为研究对象,通过护理方式不同分为对照组(n=50例,采取常规护理干预)和观察组(n=53例,采取激励式心理干预+安慰性抚触护理)。比较2组干预前后心理、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及McCloskey/Mueller满意度量表(MMSS)。结果:干预后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均优于对照组、观察组满意度均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产患者应用激励式心理干预结合安慰性抚触护理有利于缓解产后不良情绪,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the influence of motivational psychological intervention combined with comforting touch nursing on postpartum psychological status and sleep quality of cesarean section patients.Methods:A total of 103 cases of cesarean section patients were selected from the obstetrics department of Sanming First Hospital from July 2020 to January 2021.They were divided into the control group(routine nursing)of 50 cases and the observation group(incentive psychological intervention+comfort touch nursing)of 53 cases through different nursing methods.The psychology,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and McCloskey/Muller satisfaction scale(MMSS)of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of motivational psychological intervention combined with comforting touch nursing in patients with cesarean section is beneficial to alleviate postpartum bad mood and improve sleep quality.
