慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭氧疗方案的选择及对患者睡眠质量的影响

The Choice of Home Oxygen Therapy for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:探析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取家庭氧疗进行治疗对睡眠质量产生的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月泉州市第一医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用家庭氧疗,比较2组患者干预前后肺功能指标、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分以及生命质量评分。结果:与对照组比较,观察组MV、FEV 1/FVC、FVC 1等肺功能参数明显高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者PSQI评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、活力、躯体疼痛、生理职能、机体功能、总体健康等生命质量评分明显高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病采取正确的家庭氧疗方案干预能获得理想的效果,不但可改善肺功能指标,还可明显提高睡眠质量及生命质量,应推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of home oxygen therapy on sleep quality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 110 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the principle of random number grouping,they were divided into control group(n=55,routine treatment)and observation group(n=55,home oxygen therapy).The pulmonary function indexes,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:Compared with the control group,MV,FEV 1/FVC,FVC 1 and other pulmonary function parameters in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the scores of mental health,emotional function,social function,vitality,physical pain,physiological function,physical function,overall health and other quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The correct home oxygen therapy program for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can achieve ideal effects,which can not only improve the parameters of pulmonary function,but also promote the quality of sleep and life.It should be widely used.
