摘要
在明确数字经济和高质量发展内涵基础上,立足安徽省近十年来人力资源服务业发展现状和存在的问题,通过与长三角江浙沪三地比较,归纳江浙沪三地整体发展特色和思路,从加强政策赋能、加快技术升级、提升内涵建设等方面,对接江浙沪等方面对安徽人力资源服务业发展方向给出政策建议。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation of digital economy and high-quality development, based on the current situation and existing problems of the development of human resources service industry in Anhui Province in the past ten years, it summarized the overall development characteristics and ideas of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai in this paper by comparing them with Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai in the Changjiang River Delta.From strengthening policy empowerment, accelerating technology upgrading, improving connotation construction matching Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, it gave some policy suggestions on the development direction of Anhui’s human resources service industry.
