喷昔洛韦联合干扰素α治疗传染性单核细胞增多症30例疗效观察

The Effect of Penciclovir and Interferonαin the Treatment of Infectious Mononucleosis in 30 Mononucleosis

目的观察喷昔洛韦联合干扰素α与单独应用喷昔洛韦治疗传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的临床疗效。方法在2019年2月-2021年2月收治的IM患儿中选90例,随机分为三组,每组30例,分别采用喷昔洛韦、干扰素α、二者联合治疗,对比三组症状、免疫指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后联合组CD3^(+)低于喷昔洛韦组、干扰素α组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于其他两组(P<0.05);症状改善程度联合组发热、淋巴结肿大、咽痛三种症状消失时间短于其他两组(P<0.05),肝脾肿大消失时间与其他两组对比均无差异(P>0.05);研究组总有效率高于其他两组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率与其他两组分别对比均无差异(P>0.05)。结论喷昔洛韦联合干扰素α治疗IM可提高患儿免疫功能,有效改善患儿症状,安全性高,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of penciclovir combined with interferon α and pencylovir alone in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis(IM).Methods 90 children with IM treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in each groupα、The symptoms,immune indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,CD3^(+)in the combined group was lower than that in penciclovir group and interferon group α CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in group A were higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05);The disappearance time of fever,lymphadenopathy and sore throat in the combined group was shorter than that in the other two groups(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Penciclovir combined with interferonαTreatment of IM can improve children's immune function,effectively improve children's symptoms,with high safety and significant clinical effect.
