The digitalization construction of college textbooks is of great significance for promoting the intelligent process of higher education,which can break through the difficulties of textbook publishing industry,show the advantages of digital information,and better adapt college textbooks to the technological development environment of the new era and educate students.This paper analyzes and discusses the necessity of the development of digital teaching materials in colleges and universities and the problems existing in the development of digital teaching materials in colleges and universities,and studies and discusses the ways to deal with the problems in the development of digital teaching materials in colleges and universities,in order to improve the level of the development of digital teaching materials in colleges and universities and provide assistance for the modern development of higher education.
