Research on the Second Class for Postgraduates to Promote the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

研究生教育在培养高层次创新人才方面具有十分重要的意义。面对国家发展对高层次创新人才不断提高的需求,如何依托研究生第二课堂创新新时代人才培养模式是当下亟待解决的问题。针对研究生创新人才培养目标,北京航空航天大学自动化学院自2019年起打造“云上博论”学术论坛体系,聚焦国际学术前沿与学科交叉热点,创新研究生第二课堂教育理念和组织形式,打造精品学术论坛品牌,取得良好的实践育人成效。

Graduate education plays an important role in cultivating high-level innovative talents.In the face of the higher education system,as well as the national development needs and requirements for cultivating highlevel innovative talents,how to promote the cultivation of innovative postgraduate talents relying on the second classroom,is an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper explores and summarizes the practice and achievements of the second classroom for graduate students.In order to cultivate innovative talents,the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering of Beihang University held “Cloud on Academic Forum” in 2019.This activity focuses on the international academic frontier and interdisciplinary hot spots,innovates the concept and organizational form of the second class education for graduate students,builds the brand of high-quality academic forum,and good practical and educational results have been achieved.
