产教融合背景下高职院校现代学徒制的教学困境及对策

Teaching Dilemma and Countermeasures of Modern Apprenticeship System under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

现代学徒制作为深入推进产教融合、解决企业人才需求与职业院校人才培养脱节问题的有效途径,得到了各高职院校的高度重视。在深入分析当前职业院校开展现代学徒制改革过程中存在的诸多问题的基础上,从政校企多方协作共同推进保障体系建设、人才培养方案的优化、教学环节的合理安排、双元双优教学团队组建和考核评价机制构建等多个方面提出了对策建议,对于高职院校提高现代学徒制实施成效,提升人才培养质量具有参考意义。

As an effective way to further promote the integration of industry and education,and to solve the problem of disconnection between enterprise talent demand and vocational college talent training,modern apprenticeship has been highly valued by various vocational colleges.The paper deeply analyzes many problems existing in the process of modern apprenticeship reform in vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government,school and enterprise cooperation to jointly promote the construction of security system,which is of reference significance for higher vocational colleges to improve the implementation effect of modern apprenticeship system and improve the quality of talent training.
