摘要
针对珠三角区域光电产业快速发展对创新型人才的需求与高校传统培养方式不匹配的问题,提出了“面向区域产业,培养学生可迁移的知识、能力和技能,促进学生的终身学习和持续发展”理念。通过反向设计构建了“需求导向,强化创新”的光电工程本科专业人才培养体系,组建了“校企协同、专兼结合”的创新教育师资队伍,搭建了“全程多元、分层递进”的实践教学体系和“课程、项目、实践平台、科技小组、社团、竞赛等”多样化的创新人才训练体系,创建了“师生协同、目标导向”的创新人才评价体系,最终建立了与区域经济紧密互动的工程创新人才培养体系,在创新人才培养方面成效显著。
With the rapid development of photoelectric industry in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,the mismatch between the demand for innovative talents and the traditional training methods of colleges and universities is becoming more and more obvious.In view of such problems,this paper puts forward the concept of facing regional industries,cultivating students’ transferable knowledge,ability and skills,and promoting students’ lifelong learning and sustainable development.Through reverse design,a talent training system of demand orientation,strengthening innovation for photoelectric engineering undergraduate majors has been established.Moreover,a team of innovative education teachers with school-enterprise cooperation,part and full time combination and a practice teaching system with whole process diversity,hierarchical progression have been formed.We have established a practical teaching system of diversified whole process,which are hierarchical and progressive,and a diversified innovative talent training system of courses,projects,practice platforms,science and technology groups,associations and competitions,and an innovative talent evaluation system of collaboration between teachers and students and goal orientation.Finally,a training system of engineering innovative talents closely interacting with the regional economy has been established,and remarkable results have been achieved in the training of innovative talents.
