新时代高职二级院系学生治理组织架构及其制度创新

Secondary Schools and Departments of Higher Vocational Colleges in the New era

随着我国高等职业教育的迅猛发展,院系学生治理结构及其治理能力存在明显的滞后性。从提升学生“四自”管理能力出发,构建了以“党总支领导下的副书记负责制”为主、学生“四自”管理为辅的院系学生治理组织架构,与此相适应探索了“主席治会”“班长治班”“舍长治寝”制度,四层级联系指导帮扶、学生分类分层管理、分块分线多渠道“教管”等工作机制;实施了“1334”工程建设,“人、场、网”齐抓并重,提升院系学生治理效能。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China,there is an obvious lag in the student governance structure and governance capacity of schools and departments.In order to improve the students’ “four selves” management ability,we have built a school and department student governance organizational structure with the “deputy secretary responsibility system under the leadership of the general party branch” as the main part and the “four selves” management of students as the auxiliary part.In line with this,we have explored the system of “the chairman governing the meeting,the monitor governing the class,and the housekeeper governing the bed”,and the working mechanism of four-level contact,guidance and assistance,classified and hierarchical management of students,and multi-channel “teaching and management” in blocks and lines.In addition,we have also implemented the “1334” project construction,and paid equal attention to “people,field and network” to improve the efficiency of student governance in schools and departments.
