摘要
一步法和附聚法是工业上生产大粒径聚丁二烯胶乳(PBL)的主要方法。采用一步法、高分子附聚法和醋酸附聚法制备出一系列具有300 nm粒径的PBL胶乳,并通过相同的接枝、掺混和加工流程以获得相应工艺的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂,系统地研究了乳胶粒子构建方式对ABS树脂性能的影响。研究表明,三种工艺制备出的ABS树脂力学性能相当,但一步法胶乳制备的ABS树脂断裂伸长率明显优于其他二者,其数值达到35.41%。高分子附聚法制备的ABS树脂在三者之中具有最佳的白度值,为54.8%。三种方法构建的PBL粒子本质区别在于粒子内部结合程度不同,其中一步法的粒子结合程度最高,高分子附聚法的次之,而醋酸附聚法的最低。本研究对于ABS树脂工艺路线改造升级和工业产品质量提升具有一定的指导意义。
One step method and agglomeration method were the main methods to produce polybutadiene latex(PBL)in industry.In this paper, a series of PBL latex with particle size of 300 nm were prepared by one-step method, polymer agglomeration method and acetic acid agglomeration method, and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)resin with corresponding process was obtained through the same grafting, mixing, and processing process.The influence of latex particle construction method on the properties of ABS resin was systematically studied.The research shows that the mechanical properties of ABS resin prepared by the three processes are similar, but the elongation at break of ABS resin corresponding to one-step method is significantly better than the other two, with a value of 35.41%.The ABS resin corresponding to polymer agglomeration method has the best whiteness value of 54.8%.The essential difference between the latex particles constructed by the three methods lies in the different degree of internal bonding of the particles.The one-step method has the highest degree of particle bonding, followed by the polymer agglomeration method, and the acetic acid agglomeration method is the lowest.This study has certain guiding significance for the transformation and upgrading of ABS resin process and the improvement of industrial product quality.
