玻璃纤维增强塑料底座注塑成型研究及模具设计

摘要 随着汽车“轻量化”理念的提出及发展,材料、结构与工艺已成为汽车零部件轻量化研发的三大途径,其中复合材料的使用发挥了极大作用。以某型号商用车的尾灯支架底座为研究对象,选用长玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺复合材料(PA66+GF30)以塑代钢,进行塑料支架底座的轻量化结构设计,利用Moldflow模流分析软件对塑料支架底座的注塑成型过程进行仿真分析,得出较优的成型工艺参数,在此基础上完成了模具设计与制造,最后试制出塑料支架底座,与原铸钢材质底座相比,实现减重80%的效果。 Materials, structures and processes had become the three main ways of lightweight research and development of auto parts, which with the proposal and development of the automobile“lightweight”concept.The use of composite materials had played a great role.The taillight bracket base of a commercial vehicle was selected as the research object, long glass fiber reinforced nylon composite(PA66+GF30)was selected to replace steel with plastic, and the lightweight structural was designed.The injection molding process of the plastic support base was simulated and analyzed by using Moldflow mold flow analysis software.The mold design and manufacturing were completed on this basis.Finally, the plastic support base was trial produced, which compared with the original cast steel base, the weight had reduced 80%.
