桂枝茯苓丸联合刺络放血治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病临床疗效研究

Clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with pricking and bloodletting in the treatment of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type adenomyosis and its influence on VAS score

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合刺络放血治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病的临床疗效及对疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)的影响研究。方法选取2021年1月至10月我院收治的70例气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病患者,分为联合治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组给予单纯桂枝茯苓丸治疗,联合治疗组给予桂枝茯苓丸联合刺络放血治疗。比较2组痛经评分、月经量评分、血红蛋白(Hb)水平、治疗疗效、VAS评分、子宫内膜厚度及子宫体积等。结果治疗前2组子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积及Hb水平等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后与对照组比,联合治疗组子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积及Hb水平等指标改善程度均明显较高(P<0.05)。与对照组比,联合治疗组疗效较高(P<0.05)。与对照组比,联合治疗组VAS评分明显较低(P<0.05)。治疗前2组痛经评分及月经量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组比,联合治疗组痛经评分及月经量评分均相对较低(P<0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病患者接受桂枝茯苓丸联合刺络放血治疗能有效增强疗效,促进患者多种临床症状改善,使患者疼痛感显著减轻,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guizhi fuling pill combined with pricking and bloodletting in the treatment of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type adenomyosis and the effect of visual analogue scale(VAS)score.Methods Seventy patients with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis adenomyosis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pills alone,and the combined treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pills combined with pricking and bloodletting.Dysmenorrhea score,menstrual volume score,hemoglobin(Hb)level,therapeutic effect,VAS score,endometrial thickness and uterine volume were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness,uterine volume and Hb level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement degree of endometrial thickness,uterine volume and Hb level in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the efficacy of combined treatment group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS score in the combined treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in dysmenorrhea score and menstrual volume score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,dysmenorrhea score and menstrual volume score in the combined treatment group were relatively lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis adenomyosis received Guizhi Fuling pill combined with pricking and bloodletting therapy can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of a variety of clinical symptoms,and alleviate pain.It can be widely used.
