基于幸福教育理念的社区教育创新发展策略——以沈阳市为例

摘要 幸福教育作为一种教育理念,是发挥社区教育本体功能的重要指导原则。构建基于幸福教育理念下的社区教育新模式,对社区教育可持续健康发展具有重要的理论与现实意义。从幸福教育理念的内涵入手,分析社区教育与幸福教育之间的密切关系,以沈阳市为例,针对目前社区教育现状,从提升社区教育的重视程度、健全多样化的评价制度和建立灵活开放的办学模式三个方面构建基于幸福教育理念下的社区教育创新发展策略。 As an educational concept,happiness education is an important guiding principle to play the ontological function of community education.Constructing a new model of community education based on the concept of happiness education is of great theoretical and practical significance to the sustainable and healthy development of community education.Starting from the connotation of the concept of happiness education,the study analyzes the close relationship between community education and happiness education.Taking Shenyang as an example,in view of the current status of community education,it constructs the innovative development strategy of community education based on the concept of happiness education from three aspects:enhancing the importance of community education,improving diversified evaluation systems,and establishing flexible and open school running models.
