高校大学生日常教育管理的科学化研究

Scientific Research on Daily Education Management of College Students

大学生日常教育管理关系着大学生群体的高素质发展。当前,受传统管理观念、高等教育普及、高新技术发展、学生能力匮乏、管理队伍落后等因素影响,大学生日常教育管理遇到了严峻挑战。针对“00”后大学生群体特征,应积极改变管理理念,通过建立“学业预警”机制,丰富校园活动,提升学生自身能力,充分利用网络新媒体,强化管理人员素质,不断实现大学生日常教育管理的科学化。

The daily education management of college students is related to the high-quality development of college students.At present,affected by factors of traditional management concepts,popularization of higher education,development of high-tech,lack of students’ability,backward management team,college students’daily education management has encountered severe challenges.In view of the characteristics of the post 2000 college students,we should actively change the traditional management concept.Through the establishment of the“academic early warning”mechanism,we can enrich campus activities,improve students’own ability,make full use of new network media,strengthen the quality of management personnel,and constantly realize the scientific management of college students’daily education.
