宫颈癌组织中Pax1、LMX1A表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系

Expression of Pax1 and LMX1A in cervical cancer tissues and their relationships with clinicopathological features and prognosis

目的探讨宫颈癌组织配对盒基因1(Pax1)、LIM同源框转录因子1A(LMX1A)蛋白表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选择103例均行宫颈癌根治术治疗的宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,收集宫颈癌根治术中切除的宫颈癌组织及相应癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测宫颈癌组织和癌旁组织中Pax1、LMX1A蛋白表达。分析Pax1、LMX1A蛋白表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系,采用单因素及多因素Cox比例风险回归分析影响宫颈癌患者预后的因素。结果宫颈癌组织中Pax1、LMX1A表达阳性率低于癌旁组织(P均<0.05)。Pax1和LMX1A蛋白表达与TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,Pax1和LMX1A表达阴性患者的5年生存率下降(P均<0.05)。TNM分期Ⅲ期、Pax1表达阳性和LMX1A表达阳性及有淋巴结转移是影响宫颈癌患者预后的因素(P均<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中Pax1和LMX1A表达下降,且Pax1和LMX1A表达与患者临床病理分期、淋巴结转移及预后有关。

Objective To investigate the relationships between the expression of paired-box 1(Pax1)and LIM homeobox transcription factor 1A(LMX1A)and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of cervical cancer.Methods We selected 103 patients with cervical cancer receiving radical operation of cervical cancer as the research object,collected the cervical cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues removed during the radical operation of cervical cancer,and used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression levels of Pax1 and LMX1A protein in cervical cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.The relationships between Pax1 and LMX1A protein expression and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis were analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression was used to analyze the prognostic factors of cervical cancer patients.Results The positive expression rates of Pax1 and LMX1A were lower in the cervical cancer tissues than in the adjacent tissues(both P<0.05).The protein expression levels of Pax1 and LMX1A were related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the 5-year survival rate of patients with negative Pax1 and LMX1A expression was significantly reduced(P<0.05).TNM stageⅢ,positive Pax1 expression and positive LMX1A expression and lymph node metastasis were the influencing factors(all P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of Pax1 and LMX1A expression in cervical cancer tissues significantly decreased,and the expression levels of Pax1 and LMX1A were closely related to the clinicopathological staging,lymph node metastasis,and prognosis of cervical cancer patients.
