水通道蛋白水平及微血管密度与HPV感染宫颈癌的关系

Relationship between aquaporin,microvessel density and HPV infection in cervical cancer patients

摘要 目的探讨水通道蛋白(AQP)水平、微血管密度(MVD)与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染宫颈癌的关系。方法回顾性分析2017年4月-2020年6月在广西壮族自治区民族医院就诊的224例宫颈病变患者一般资料,根据病理检查结果及相关标准分为宫颈癌前病变组174例、宫颈癌组50例,另选取84名同期健康体检者为对照组,分析AQP1、AQP2及MVD在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌中的表达情况及其与高危型HPV感染关系。结果宫颈癌组高危型HPV感染阳性率高于癌前病变组(P<0.05);高危型HPV感染患者AQP1阳性例数占比、MVD水平高于低危型(P<0.05);在高危型HPV感染亚型中,HPV16、HPV18占比高于其他亚型;高危型HPV感染患者不同亚型AQP1、AQP2阳性例数占比及MVD水平比较无统计学差异;癌前病变组、宫颈癌组AQP1阳性例数占比、MVD水平高于对照组(P<0.05);癌前病变组患者CINⅢ、CINⅡ组AQP1阳性例数占比、MVD水平高于CINⅠ组(P<0.05),CINⅢ组AQP1阳性例数占比、MVD水平高于CINⅡ组(P<0.05)。结论AQP1的表达利于内皮细胞的迁移、血管形成及肿瘤细胞的浸润、转移,MVD则是促进内皮血管新生的基础,二者可能在宫颈癌发生、发展中有重要作用,与HPV高危感染有一定关系。AQP2在宫颈癌进展中无独立抑制或促进作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between aquaporin(AQP),microvessel density(MVD)and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in cervical cancer patients.METHODS Totally 224 patients with cervical lesions who were treated in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Ethnic Hospital from Apr 2017 to Jun 2020 were enrolled in the study and divided into the cervical precancerous lesion group with 174 cases and the cervical cancer group with 50 cases according to the result of pathological examination and related criteria,the baseline data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,meanwhile,84 healthy people who received physical examination were chosen as the control group.The expressions of AQP1,AQP2 and MVD in cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer were analyzed,and the association with high-risk HPV infection was observed.RESULTS The positive rate of high-risk HPV infection of the cervical cancer group was higher than that of the cervical precancerous lesion group(P<0.05).The number of AQP1-positive cases and MVD level of the patients with high-risk HPV infection were higher than those of the patients with low-risk HPV infection(P<0.05).Among the subtypes of high-risk HPV,the proportions of HPV18 and HPV18 were higher than those of other subtypes;there were no significant differences in the number of AQP1-,AQP2-posiitve cases and MVD level among the patients with high-risk HPV infection of different subtypes.The number of AQP1-positive cases and MVD level of the cervical precancerous lesion group and the cervical cancer group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the cervical precancerous lesion group,the number of AQP1-positive cases and MVD level of the patients with CINⅢand CINⅡwere higher than those of the patients with CINⅠ(P<0.05);the number of AQP1-positive cases and MVD level of the patients with CINⅢwere higher than those of the patients with CINⅡ(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The expression of AQP1 may promote the migration of endothelial cells,angiogenesis,infiltration and metastasis of tumor cells.MVD is the basis for endothelial angiogenesis.AQP1 and MVD may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and are associated with the high-risk HPV infection to some extent.AQP2 does not show independent inhibiting or promoting effect on progression of cervical cancer.
