口腔种植术后牙周维护临床实践研究进展

随着口腔种植技术的大力开展,为保障种植成功率,种植后期牙周维护也显得尤为重要。种植治疗后的患者进行口腔卫生宣教提高其依从性,坚持牙周维护能很大程度上降低其种植体周围炎的发生。另外慢性牙周炎患者种植后的发病风险远高于健康牙周患者,慢性牙周炎患者种植后坚持牙周维护控制菌斑,其种植效果与健康牙周种植后效果相同。通过牙周维护对菌斑的控制来预防感染尤为重要。

With the development of dental implant technology,in order to ensure the success rate of implantation,post-implant periodontal maintenance is particularly important.Oral hygiene education can improve the compliance of patients after implant treatment,and adherence to periodontal maintenance can reduce the occurrence of peri-implant inflammation.In addition,patients with chronic periodontitis have a much higher risk for post-implant periodontal disease than those with healthy periodontal.Patients with chronic periodontitis who can insist on periodontal maintenance and plaque control after dental implant,the treatment effect is comparable to that of healthy periodontal implant.It is particularly important to prevent infection by periodontal maintenance to control plaque.
