摘要
师范生职业认同的高低不仅影响着教师职业能力标准的达成,也与个体的成长、职业生涯的发展有密不可分的关系。通过问卷调查法和访谈法对民办高校656名师范生职业认同现状的调查与分析发现:民办高校师范生职业认同程度虽总体处于较高水平,但对各具体维度的认同程度有所差异,其中对职业期望的认同程度最高,对职业行为倾向的认同程度最低;不同专业类别师范生职业认同水平有显著差异。内在机理与外在机理的有机融合是促进民办高校师范生职业认同形成的关键。
The height of the vocational identity of normal university students not only influences the achievement of the teachers’ professional competence standards, but also has an inseparable relationship with the individual growth and the career development.Through the questionnaire survey and the interview method, we investigate and analyze the status quo of vocational identity of 656 students in private normal universities and find out that: the vocational identity of the students in private normal universities is generally at a high level, however, there are differences in the degree of identification in various concrete dimensions, among which the degree of identification with career expectation is the highest, and the degree of identification with vocational behavior tendency is the lowest;and in different majors, the level of vocational identity of normal university students shows significant difference.The organic integration of internal mechanism and external mechanism is the key factor to promote the formation of vocational identity of students in private normal universities.
