摘要 介绍了上海集中应急隔离收治设施采用的清洁区外置的“三区两通道”医疗流程和特点,提出了隔离收治区在压力梯度控制和气流流向等方面的新要求,并讨论了现有规范、标准和导则中相关规定的适用性。对收治区通风系统改造方案、全空气空调系统运行模式及卫生通过区的通风方式和通风量进行了对比分析。 This paper presents the medical process and characteristics of“three zones and two channels”in the outside clean area in the emergency isolation and treatment centres,proposes the new requirements of the pressure gradient control and airflow direction in the isolation and treatment centre,and discusses the applicability of the relevant provisions of the existing specifications,standards and guidelines.The ventilation modification scheme and operation mode of the all-air air conditioning system in the treatment area,and the ventilation mode and volume in the corridor area for medical staff are contrastively analysed.
