“两个结合”是一个新命题但不是一个新问题。毛泽东在两个结合方面作出了开创性贡献,提出了“马克思主义中国化”的科学命题及其主要任务,在“第一个结合”上提出“马克思主义在中国具体化”和“中国具体实际马克思主义化”的双重任务,在“第二个结合”上提出要把马克思主义同中华优秀传统文化“深相结合”起来,实现了马克思主义中国化时代化的第一次历史性飞跃,把马克思主义和中国文化同时发展到了一个新的高度。习近平同志创造性地提出了“两个结合”的重大判断,特别是原创性地深刻阐述了马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合的科学内涵,开辟了马克思主义中国化时代化的新境界。

"Two combinations"is a new proposition but not a new problem.Mao Zedong made pioneering contributions in two combinations,he proposed the scientific proposition of"sinicization of Marxism"and its main tasks,proposed the dual tasks of"concretization of Marxism in China"and"Marxistization of China’s Specific Facts"in the"first combination".In the"second combination",he proposed to"deeply integrate"Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese culture,thus realizing the first historic leap in adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions and bringing both Marxism and Chinese culture to a new height.Xi Jinping creatively put forward the important judgment of"two combinations",in particular profoundly and initiatively expounded the scientific connotation of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese culture,thus opening up a new realm of sinicization and modernization of Marxism.
