邓小平高度重视和鼓励广大领导干部大胆探索、担当作为,先后在党的八大前后、1975年全面整顿期间、改革开放之初和20世纪80年代末90年代初这四个党和国家事业发展的重要关头,较为集中地就敢闯敢试、敢于担当作为作出重要论述,逐步形成了敢闯敢试、包容失误、及时总结、积极预防四个方面的整体考虑且具备较强内在逻辑的论断和观点,并将其转化为大胆试错与严格监督管理、有效激励等各项举措相互配合的系列政策主张,有力地推动了思想解放和改革开放事业发展,对新时代建立健全激励机制和容错纠错机制、推进全面深化改革具有重要的启发和借鉴意义。

Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to and encouraged the broad masses of leading cadres to boldly explore and take on responsibilities.He made important statements on daring to try and take on responsibilities in four important time stages,namely,around the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the comprehensive rectification period in 1975,at the beginning of reform and opening up,and the late 1980s and early 1990s.It has gradually formed a series of statements and views with strong internal logic and overall consideration in four aspects,namely,daring to try,tolerance of mistakes,timely summary and active prevention,and has transformed them into a series of policy propositions that combine bold trial and error with strict supervision and management,effective incentives and other measures,effectively promoting the development of the cause of ideological liberation and reform and opening up,establishing and improving incentive mechanisms and fault-tolerant and error correction mechanisms for the new era.It is of great inspiration and reference significance to promote the comprehensive deepening of reform.
