摘要
对比研究了新型二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂ZDOT-80(双(2-甲基丙基)二硫代氨基甲酸锌)及同类常用促进剂ZDBC-80、ZDEC-80、ZDMC-80、ZBEC-80在EPDM配方中的应用。结果表明,新型环保促进剂ZDOT-80在高温硫化时不产生致癌性的亚硝胺和亚硝胺物质,且与常用的同类促进剂相比,气味最低。ZDOT-80所对应的胶料物理性能基本相当,耐热老化性能优异,促进剂ZDOT-80是其他二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂的理想环保替代品。
The application of the new accelerator ZDOT-80((bis(2-metyhylpropyl)dithiocarbamate))and accelerators ZDBC-80,ZDEC-80,ZDMC-80,ZBEC-80 in EPDM formulation was studied.The results showed that the new environmental friendly accelerator ZDOT-80 did not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines and nitrosamines during high temperature curing,and the odor was the lowest compared with the commonly used similar accelerators.The mechanical properties of the compounds with ZDOT-80 were basically the same,and the heat aging resistance was excellent.The accelerator ZDOT-80 was ideal environmental friendly substitute for other dithiocarbamate accelerators.
