摘要
分析了间接法氧化锌、纳米氧化锌、低锌硫化助剂的关键理化指标及锌含量,以及三者应用于半钢轮胎胎面胶料中对胶料的硫化特性、物理性能、老化性能等的影响。结果表明,低锌硫化助剂可延长胶料的焦烧时间,提高胶料加工安全性,缩短硫化时间;物理性能方面:磨耗性能明显优于传统活性剂,其他物理性能及相关性能基本一致;耐热老化性能方面:低锌硫化助剂对硫化胶老化后性能保持率的贡献优于传统活性剂。本研究显示低锌硫化助剂是传统氧化锌的一种非常理想的升级替代产品,在保持和提高胶料性能的前提下,其低锌、低重金属含量的优异环保性能将给全球轮胎及橡胶工业带来新的希望和生命力。
Three kinds of zinc-containing compounds including indirect zinc oxide, nano-zinc oxide, and low zinc coagent was used to the semi-steel radial tire tread, and the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and aging properties of compound were comprehensively analyzed and tested. The results showed that low zinc coagent could prolong the scorch time of compound, improve the processing safety and shorten the curing time;In terms of mechanical properties, its wear properties was obviously better than that of traditional activator, and other mechanical properties and related properties were basically the same;In terms of heat aging resistance, the property retention rate of low zinc coagent after aging was better than that of traditional coagent. It showed that low zinc coagent were a very ideal replacement product for the traditional zinc oxide. Under the premise of maintaining and improving performance of compound, its excellent environmental performance of low zinc and low heavy metal content would bring new hope and vitality to the global tire and rubber industry.
