Development of Formulation of High Performance Tire Tread

研究了高性能轮胎胎面配方,开发了一种高性能轮胎胎面胶。结果表明,高性能轮胎胎面配方设计中调整溶聚丁苯橡胶的配比,提高白炭黑的用量,使用适当增塑剂用量,可以提升配方胶料在0℃下的tanδ;使用设计配方胶料的成品轮胎的抗湿滑性能提升20%,轮胎的安全性能提升。

The formulation of high performance tire tread was studied,and a high performance tire tread compound was developed.The results showed that adjusting the ratio of SBR in the formula,increasing the amount of silica and plasticizer could increase the tanδof the compound at 0℃;The wet skid resistance of tires was increased by 20%,and the safety performance of tires was improved.
