Preparation and Application of Functional Silicone Rubber Spray Product in Power Industry

研究了高绝缘硅橡胶的硫化工艺以及导电油墨的喷涂参数:喷枪口径、喷涂压力、喷涂距离、走枪速度等因素对涂层性能和状态的影响,得到最佳工艺参数范围。结果表明,硅橡胶的喷涂参数为喷枪口径Φ0.5mm、喷涂压力0.7~0.8MPa、喷涂距离20~25cm、走枪速度40~60cm/s时,喷涂硅橡胶的各项性能较好,满足电力行业绝缘插头的使用要求。

The effects of the vulcanization process of high insulation silicone rubber and the spraying parameters(spray gun diameter,spray pressure,spray distance,and gun speed)of conductive ink on the properties and state of the coating were studied.The results showed that when the spraying parameters of silicone rubber were spray gun diameterΦ0.5 mm,spraying pressure 0.7~0.8 MPa,spraying distance 20~25 cm,and gun speed 40~60 cm/s,the properties of spraying silicone rubber was better,which met the service requirements of insulating plugs in the power industry.
