数字普惠金融助推农业农村现代化发展:理论分析与实证检验

Digital Inclusive Finance Boosts the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas:Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Test

本文在理论分析数字普惠金融对农业农村现代化影响的基础上,进行实证检验。研究发现,数字普惠金融对农业农村现代化具有显著正向影响,且在不同区域和维度上存在明显差异;同时数字普惠金融对农业农村现代化的影响存在空间溢出效应。此外,数字普惠金融还会以当地经济发展、农村固定资产投入、农户家庭收入为中介变量促进农业农村现代化发展。为此,农业农村现代化发展应最大化利用数字普惠金融发展所带来的红利,各地可结合自身资源禀赋采用差异化思路推进数字普惠金融发展。

The overall level of agricultural and rural modernization is relatively low in our country,and digital inclusive finance provides the possibility of solving this development problem.Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact of digital inclusive finance on agricultural and rural modernization,this paper makes an empirical test.The results show that digital financial inclusion has a significant positive impact on agricultural and rural modernization,and there are significant differences in different regions and dimensions.At the same time,digital financial inclusion has a spatial spillover effect on agricultural and rural modernization.In addition,digital inclusive finance promotes agricultural and rural modernization with local economic development,rural fixed asset input and rural household income as intermediary variables.To this end,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas should make full use of the dividends brought by the development of digital inclusive finance,and local governments should adopt differentiated approaches to promote the development of digital inclusive finance based on their own resource endowments.
