文章通过对ARL 2020年图书馆评估大会相关成果的分析,总结其在评估的多样性、公平性、道德和隐私,评估的计划和组织,空间评估批判与理论问题,评估工具和方法,图书馆服务评估,图书馆教学活动及其价值评估6个领域的重要成果,在此基础上提出拓展对评估理念与方法的应用、优化评估活动的组织实施方式、反思空间评估的内容与效用、促进评估工具与方法的改进与创新、结合图书馆具体工作探讨服务评估、改进图书馆教育教学及其他评估等启示。

Through the analysis of the relevant results of the ARL 2020 Library Assessment Conference, the paper summarizes the important results in six fields: the diversity, fairness, ethics and privacy issues in the assessment, the assessment plan and organization, the critical and theoretical issues of spatial assessment, assessment tools and methods, library service assessment, library teaching activity and its value assessment. On this basis, it is proposed to expand the application of assessment concepts and methods, optimize the organization and implementation of assessment activities, reflect on the content and effectiveness of spatial assessment, promote the improvement and innovation of assessment tools and methods, explore service assessment in combination with library work, improve the library education and teaching, and other assessment enlightenment.
