脉络宁联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果分析

Effect of Mailuoning injection combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:分析脉络宁注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果,分析其对同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、D-二聚体(D-D)的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年12月临沂市中心医院收治的急性脑梗死患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。两组患者均给予常规治疗。此外,对照组给予丁苯酞注射液治疗,观察组则给予丁苯酞注射液联合脉络宁注射液治疗。所有患者均治疗2周。比较两组治疗疗效;治疗前后卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、Hcy以及D-D水平。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者NIHSS评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者B I评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Hcy、D-D均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉络宁注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果良好,能够改善患者的神经功能,提高患者的日常生活能力,降低Hcy、D-D水平。

Objective To analysis the application effect of Mailuoning injection combined with Butylphthalide injection in the treatment of cases with acute cerebral infarction,and analyze its effects on homocysteine and D-dimer.Methods 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was given Butylphthalide injection,while the observation group was treated with Mailuoning injection on the basic of the control group.All the patients were treated for 2 weeks and compared between effect of the two groups.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,the Barthel Index(BI)score,Hcy and D-D were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total response rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score was reduced in the two groups than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The BI score in the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum Hcy and D-D levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mailuoning injection combined with Butylphthalide injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has good clinical efficacy,it can improve neurological function and activities of daily living,reduce serum Hcy and D-D levels.
