Research progress in the treatment of primary IgA nephropathy

IgA肾病(IgAN)是全球最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,临床表现多样,发病机制尚不十分明确,病理改变不一,治疗反应及临床结局差异性大,部分患者预后不良。近年来,原发性IgAN的相关治疗研究取得较大进展,现就原发性IgAN的最新相关治疗及进展进行综述。

Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerular disease in the world,Not only the clinical manifestations of IgAN are diverse,but also the pathogenesis is still unclear.The pathological changes of IgAN are different,and the treatment response and clinical outcome are also different,even some patients have poor prognosis.In recent years,great progress has been made in the related research of primary IgAN.This article reviews the related treatment and progress of IgAN.
