摘要
生长激素缺乏症(GHD)指因垂体分泌的生长激素(GH)缺乏或者生物效应不足所引起的生长障碍。GH通过直接作用在生长激素受体(GHR)产生一系列生理效应,或间接通过肝脏胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)产生生理作用。GHD可以引起一系列生理异常。现就GHD儿童相关代谢异常进行综述。
Growth hormone deficiency(GHD)refers to growth disorders caused by a deficiency of growth hormone(GH)secreted by the pituitary gland or insufficient biological effects.GH produces a range of physiological effects through direct action on growth hormone receptor(GHR)or indirectly through liver insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1).GHD can cause a range of physiological abnormalities.This paper reviews the metabolic abnormalities associated with GHD in children.
