民族传统体育助力“人与自然和谐共生”的内涵阐释及实现路径

Connotation Interpretation and Realization Path of "Harmony between Humanity and Nature" Assisted by National Traditional Sports

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中明确指出,中国式现代化是人与自然和谐共生的现代化,必须牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展。民族传统体育,作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,与当代生态文明社会建设目标的价值诉求相融相通。采用文献资料、综合分析和案例分析等,解读民族传统体育助力“人与自然和谐共生”的内涵阐释及实现路径。民族传统体育蕴含着敬畏自然的生存智慧、尊重自然的生命感悟、顺应自然的生活体验和保护自然的生态意识等价值内涵,对助力“人与自然和谐共生”的现代化实现具有得天独厚的资源优势和自然条件。据此,提出传承中华优秀传统体育文化、激发民俗体育创新创造活力、推动全民健身场地设施建设、拓展农村体育文化发展空间和推进体旅文教医养深度融合的民族传统体育助力“人与自然和谐共生”的实现路径,以期为建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化提供理论依据和实践参考。

In the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that“Chinese modernization is the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature”,“We must uphold and act on the principle that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,and we must remember to maintain harmony between humanity and nature when planning our development”. As an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture,national traditional sports have a value appeal in harmony with the construction goal of contemporary ecological civilization society. Using the research methods of literature,comprehensive analysis and case analysis,this paper interpreted the connotation and realization path of“harmony between humanity and nature”assisted by national traditional sports. The national traditional sports contain the value connotation of the survival wisdom of revering nature,the life perception of respecting nature,the lived experience of conforming to nature and the ecological consciousness of protecting nature,etc. It has the unique resource advantages and natural conditions to help realize the modernization of“harmony between humanity and nature”. Based on this,the author puts forward the realization path of“harmony between humanity and nature”by means of strengthening the ecological conservation of traditional sports culture,igniting the creativity of folk sports,promoting the construction of fitness venues and facilities for all,expanding the development space of rural sports culture and promoting the deep integration of sports and tourism,culture and education,medicine and care. These can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature.
