核电汽轮机阀门试验周期对飞射物概率的影响

摘要 汽轮机飞射物概率评估是核电站安全审查中的重要内容,高压阀门的活动试验周期又是影响汽轮机飞射物概率的一项重要因素。阀门试验周期过长会导致汽轮机飞射物概率增加,产生安全隐患,但活动试验过于频繁又会对电厂的运行造成不利影响。文章基于已投运机组的运行数据,通过统计学中的卡方分布计算了不同试验周期所对应的阀门失效概率,得到了二者的关系曲线,为确定经济合理的阀门试验周期提供了理论依据。 The evaluation of turbine missile probability is an important part of nuclear power plant safety review,and the full stroke test period of high pressure valve is an important factor affecting turbine missile probability.Too long valve test period will lead to the increase of turbine missile probability and the hidden danger of safety,but too frequent active test will adversely affect the operation of power plant.Based on the operation data of the units in operation,the failure probability of valve corresponding to different test periods is calculated by chi-square distribution in statistics,and the relationship curve between them is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for determining the economical and reasonable valve test period.
