17-4PH粉末激光熔覆参数正交试验研究

摘要 采用正交试验的方法确定17-4PH粉末激光熔覆工艺,通过极差分析的方法确定最优熔覆参数,并对优化参数下的试样进行成型检测及无损检测。试验结果表明:工艺参数为激光功率1500 W,扫描速度7 mm/s,送粉速度8 g/min时试样成型最佳,无超标缺陷。 The process of laser cladding of 17-4PH powder was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimum laser cladding parameters were determined by range analysis,the nondestructive and forming tests of the samples under the optimum parameters was carried out.The experimental results show that the sample has the best formation when the laser power is 1500 W,the scanning speed is 7 mm/s,and the powder feeding speed is 8g/min,and any overproof defect has not been found.
