摘要
针对风力发电机叶片用基体树脂的要求,公司开发了灌注环氧树脂体系和灌注聚氨酯树脂体系。文章对2种树脂体系的理化特性,工艺性能,本体力学性能和复合材料力学性能进行了系统的比较。结果表明开发的灌注聚氨酯树脂具有黏度低,本体力学性能更好的优势。而灌注环氧树脂具有工艺性能更好,对环境容忍度好,韧性更好的优势。二者都能满足风电叶片的要求,制备风电叶片时,可根据风电叶片的工艺和力学性能要求进行选择。
We developed an epoxy resin system and a polyurethane system for wind turbine blade respectively.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties,processing properties,mechanical properties and FRP mechanical properties of these resin systems were compared.The results show that polyurethane resin exhibited lower viscosity and better mechanical properties while epoxy resin has better processing properties,better tolerance to environment and better toughness.Both resin systems meet the requirements of wind turbine blade.It should be selected according to the actual application requirement.
