摘要
艺术设计类“双师型”教师在聘任标准与评价机制方面存在认定标准、聘任层次、评价机制的缺失问题。根据胜任力理论和教师发展阶段理论,结合艺术设计类教师的特点,提出以技术技能和实践创新素质为驱动的教学能力评价模式,以期引导艺术设计类教师的专业发展。
There are some problems in the employment standard and evaluation mechanism of art design "Double-Qualified" teachers, such as the lack of identification standards, employment level, and evaluation mechanism. According to the theory of competency and the theory of the teacher’s development stage, combining the characteristics of art design teachers, this paper puts forward teaching driven by technical skills and practical innovation quality, to guide the professional development of art design teachers.
