摘要
目的 了解四川省血液透析专科护士压力负荷、组织公平感、职业获益感和职业倦怠现状,分析组织公平感与职业获益感在其压力负荷与职业倦怠中的中介作用。方法 2021年9—10月,采用方便抽样方法,选取四川省347名血液透析专科护士为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、压力负荷量表、组织公平感量表、职业获益感量表及职业倦怠量表进行调查,用AMOS 24.0软件进行中介作用分析。结果 四川省血液透析专科护士压力负荷得分为(70.51±14.63)分,组织公平感得分为(65.04±9.74)分,职业获益感得分为(131.84±9.89)分,职业倦怠得分为(67.60±7.80)分,其中存在职业倦怠感者212人,占61.10%。血液透析专科护士职业倦怠总分与压力负荷总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.717~0.839,均P<0.05),与组织公平感总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(r=-0.242~-0.767,均P<0.05),与职业获益感总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(r=-0.494~-0.764,均P<0.05)。血液透析专科护士组织公平感在压力负荷和职业倦怠间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.090,占总效应的18.60%;职业获益感在压力负荷和职业倦怠间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.113,占总效应的23.35%;组织公平感、职业获益感在压力负荷和职业倦怠间起链式中介作用,中介效应为0.034,占总效应的7.02%。结论 四川省血液透析专科护士职业倦怠发生率高,压力负荷可分别通过组织公平感、职业获益感的中介作用及组织公平感和职业获益感的链式中介作用间接影响血液透析专科护士职业倦怠。
Objective To investigate the status quo of pressure load,perceived organizational justice,perceived occupational benefit and job burnout among hemodialysis nurses in Sichuan Province,analyze the mediating effect of perceived organizational justice and perceived occupational benefit between stress load and job burnout. Methods From September to October 2021,the convenient sampling method was used to select 347 hemodialysis nurses in Sichuan province as the subjects. They were investigated by the general information questionnaire,pressure load scale,perceived organizational justice scale,perceived occupational benefit scale and job burnout scale. AMOS 24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the mediating effect. Results The pressure load score of hemodialysis nurses in Sichuan province was(70.51±14.63)points,the perceived organizational justice score was(65.04±9.74)points,the perceived occupational benefit score was(131.84±9.89)points,and the score of job burnout was(67.60±7.80)points.Among them,212 people had job burnout,accounting for 61.10%. The total score of job burnout in hemodialysis nurses was positively correlated with the total score of pressure load and score of all dimensions(r=0.717-0.839,all P<0.05),negatively correlated with the total score of perceived organizational justice and score of all dimensions(r=-0.242--0.767,all P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the total score of perceived occupational benefit and score of all dimensions(r=-0.494--0.764,all P<0.05). The perceived organizational justice in hemodialysis nurses played a partial mediating role in the relationship between stress load and job burnout,the mediating effect was 0.090,accounting for 18.60% of the total effect. The perceived occupational benefit played a partial mediating role in the relationship between stress load and job burnout,with a mediating effect of 0.113,accounting for 23.35% of the total effect. The perceived organizational justice and perceived occupational benefit played a chain mediating role between stress load and job burnout,and the mediating effect was 0.034,accounting for 7.02% of the total effect.Conclusion There is a high incidence of job burnout among hemodialysis nurses in Sichuan Province,the stress load can indirectly affect job burnout of hemodialysis nurses through the mediating effect of perceived organizational justice and perceived occupational benefit and the chain mediating effect of perceived organizational justice and perceived occupational benefit respectively.
