广州市某民营三级甲等医院护士生命质量现状及其影响因素

Current statusand influencing factors on nurses’ quality of life in a private Class A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou

目的 了解与评价广州市某民营三级甲等医院护士生命质量现况及其影响因素,为提高护理人员的生命质量,促进护理队伍稳定提供依据。方法 2021年7—8月采用整群抽样法选取广州市某民营三级甲等医院的164名在职护士,采用一般情况调查问卷和中文版36条简明健康状况调查表(the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)对其进行调查,使用Excel 2016和SPSS 22.0收集和分析数据。结果 广州市某民营三级甲等医院护士生命质量得分为(81.99±15.44)分,其中生理健康领域得分为(84.13±13.90)分,心理健康领域得分为(79.86±18.67)分。单因素方差分析和多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、科室、体育锻炼次数、饮酒情况、工龄及学历是影响护士生命质量的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论 广州某民营三级甲等医院护士生命质量总体情况较好,医院管理者应给予年轻护士更多支持与关怀,开展人性化管理,重视护士合理诉求,护士自身也应加强体育锻炼,养成良好生活习惯。

Objective To understand and evaluate the status and influencing factors of the lifequalityof nurses in a private Class A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou,and to provide evidence for improving the life quality of nurses and promoting the stability of nursing staff. Methods From July to August 2021,cluster sampling method,general situation questionnaire and Chinese version of the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey(SF-36) were used to investigate 164 in-service nurses in a private Class A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou. The data were collected and analyzed using Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0. Results The total score of nurses’ lifequality was(81.99±15.44)points.The score of physical health was(84.13±13.90)points and the score of mental health was(79.86±18.67)points. The results of one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age,department,times of physical exercise,drinking situation,length of service and educational background were the main factors of the lifequality(all P<0.05). Conclusions The life quality of nurses in a private Class A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou is generally good. The hospital administrator should give more support and care to the young nurses,carry out humanized management,pay attention to the reasonable demands of the nurses,and the nurses themselves should strengthen physical exercise and develop good living habits.
