摘要
目的 了解健身操对维吾尔族肥胖女大学生身体成分、血清炎症因子和抑郁的干预效果,为维吾尔族大学生身心健康干预提供借鉴。方法 2019年9—12月在新疆某大学选取36名轻度以上抑郁且肥胖的维吾尔族大学女生作为调查对象,分为对照组和干预组,对干预组进行12周的麦西来甫健身操锻炼,对干预前后身体成分、血清炎性因子和抑郁状况进行比较和分析。结果 经过12周的麦西来甫健身操锻炼后,维吾尔族肥胖女大学生干预组干预前后身高无显著变化(t=0.063,P>0.05),体质量、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)和身体脂肪率均呈现降低趋势,差异有统计学意义(t=5.441、9.905、4.199,均P<0.01);肌肉质量呈现增加趋势,差异有统计学意义(t=2.867,P<0.05)。干预组干预后抑郁呈降低趋势,比干预前降低了7.73分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.711,P<0.01)。干预组干预后血清炎症因子中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumour necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)均降低,比干预前降低了0.68和0.75 pg/mL,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.475、6.073,均P<0.05)。对照组干预前后各指标均无显著变化。干预组干预后与对照组相比较,除身高无显著差异外,其他指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 12周麦西来甫健身操对身体成分改善、血清炎性因子降低和抑郁的改善均起到积极作用,采用这一模式进行干预是有效可行的。
Objective To understand the intervention effect of Maixilaifu aerobics on body composition,serum inflammatory factors and depression of obese Uyghur girls,provide reference for the physical and mental health intervention of Uyghur college students.Methods From September to December 2019,36 Uyghur girls with mild depression and obesity were selected from a university in Xinjiang as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the intervention group. The intervention group received12 weeks of Maixilaifu aerobics exercise,to compare and analyze body composition,serum inflammatory factors and depression status before and after intervention. Results After 12 weeks of aerobics exercises by Maixilaifu,the difference in height of obese Uyghur girls in the intervention group was not statistically significant between before and after intervention(t=0.063,P>0.05),while the weight,body mass index(BMI),and body fat percentage showed a decreasing trend,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.441,9.905,4.199,all P<0.01),the muscle mass showed an increasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.867,P<0.05). The depression in the intervention group showed a decreasing trend after the intervention,which was7.73 points lower than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.711,P<0.01). The serum inflammatory factors,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were reduced in the intervention group after intervention,which were 0.68 and 0.75 pg/mL lower than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.475,6.073,both P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the indicators of the control group before and after intervention. After the intervention,the difference in height was not statistically significant between the intervention group and the control group,and the differences in other indicators were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The 12-week Maixilaifu aerobics has a positive effect on the improvement of body composition,the reduction of serum inflammatory factors and the improvement of depression,and it is effective and feasible to use this model for intervention.
