轮状病毒受体结合特征研究进展

Research progress in the receptor binding characteristics of rotaviruses

摘要 轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)是引起人类和动物急性胃肠炎的重要病原体。结构蛋白VP8*(viral protein 8*,VP8*)位于RV最外层的刺突状VP4的头部,VP8*在受体识别和结合中发挥重要作用。目前对RV受体结合特性的研究主要集中在A组轮状病毒(group A rotavirus,RVA)和C组轮状病毒(group C rotavirus,RVC)。本文对RV的蛋白结构、受体类型以及RVA和RVC受体结合特性及与受体相互作用的结构基础等研究进展进行综述。 Rotavirus(RV)is important pathogen causing acute gastroenteritis in humans and animals.Viral protein 8*(VP8*)is located in the head of VP4 in the outermost layer of RV.VP8*plays an important role in receptor recognition and binding.At present,the research on the binding characteristics of RV receptor mainly focuses on group A rotaviruses(RVA)and group C rotaviruses(RVC).This paper reviews the protein structure and receptor types of RV,as well as the receptor binding characteristics of RVA and RVC and the structural basis of their interaction with receptors.
