高校贫困生初次就业对家庭经济减贫效应研究

A Study on the Effect of the First Employment of Poor College Students on Poverty Reduction of Family Economy

就业是最大的民生,面对高校毕业生就业问题,国家出台了一系列的政策,千方百计帮助高校贫困毕业生就业。文章运用“实证调查+量化测算”的研究方法,对江西省五所高校的贫困生进行了调查,结果发现,不论从贫困生就业对原生家庭经济贡献上限、实际经济贡献,还是从客观达标率和主观满意率来看,很多高校贫困生就业后对原生家庭经济具有减贫效应。因此,国家应持续发展高等教育,毫不松懈地推进教育减贫工作。

Employment is the biggest livelihood. Facing the employment problem of college graduates, the state has issued a series of policies to help poor college graduates find employment. The article uses the research method of "empirical investigation+quantitative measurement" to investigate the poor students in five colleges and universities in Jiangxi province. The results show that whether from the perspective of the upper limit of the contribution of poor students to the original family economy, the actual economic contribution, or from the perspective of the objective target rate and subjective satisfaction rate,many poor students in colleges and universities have a poverty reduction effect on the original family economy after employment.Therefore, the country should continue to develop higher education and unswervingly promote poverty reduction through education.
