摘要 合理构建“双师型”教师队伍的建设体系,不仅能够提升中职学校教师队伍的质量,还能改善人才培养的效果,具有重要的意义。但是目前部分中职学校的“双师型”教师队伍建设存在问题,严重影响了人才培养和教学工作的质量。基于此,文章简述什么是“双师型”教师,分析中职学校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题,提出中职学校“双师型”教师队伍建设的对策,旨在为促“双师型”教师队伍的良好建设和发展提供助力。 It is of great significance to reasonably construct the construction system of "double-qualified" teacher team,which can not only improve the quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools, but also improve the effect of talent training.But at present, some secondary vocational schools have difficulties in the construction of "double qualified" teachers, which has seriously affected the quality of talent training and teaching. Based on this, the article briefly describes what "double qualified" teachers are, analyzes the problems in the construction of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward countermeasures for the construction of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools, aiming at providing assistance for the good construction and development of "double qualified" teachers.
