Statue quo and influencing factors of nursing students’ completion ability

摘要 目的 调查护生完成能力现状及影响因素,为护理教育者提供参考研究。方法 选取2021年1—12月湖南省中职、高职、高专院校护生182名为调查对象,采用完成能力量表进行调查,分析影响护生完成能力的因素。结果 182名护生完成能力量表得分为200.37±23.81分;其中整合护理能力维度得分为72.79±12.14分,引导人文关怀维度得分为44.66±13.62分,提高职业发展维度得分为52.48±12.45分,处理压力维度得分为30.43±12.76分。护生完成能力处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,学历、是否担任干部、所学专业原因、对自己专业内容的喜爱程度、对实习的满意程度、人文关怀能力培训、父母对本专业的支持认同态度、对带教老师的满意程度、对实习单位教学条件满意程度、从事工作的意愿、来自他人的关怀程度、对职业生涯的了解程度是影响护生完成能力的因素(P<0.05)。多因素线性回归分析显示,学历、对自己专业内容的喜爱程度、是否担任干部、是否接受过人文关怀能力培训、父母对本专业的支持认同态度是影响护生完成能力的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 护生完成能力处于中等水平。学历高、对自己专业内容的喜爱程度高、担任过干部、接受过人文关怀能力培训、父母对本专业的支持认同态度高的护生完成能力也较高。 Objective To investigate the statue quo and influencing factors of nursing students completion ability and provide a reference study for nursing education. Methods 182 nursing students from secondary vocational, higher vocational and high school colleges in Hunan Province from January to December 2021 were selected as the survey objects, and the completion energy scale was used to analyze the factors affecting the completion ability of nursing students. Results The completion ability score of 182 students was 200.37±23.81 points;comprehensive nursing ability level was 72.79±12.14points, level of humanistic care guide 44.66±13.62 points, enhance career development level was 52.48±12.45 points, and the treatment pressure was 30.43±12.76 points. The completion ability of nursing students was at the medium level. Univariate analysis results showed that degree, love of nursing professional content, whether as manager, professional background,love for their professional content, satisfaction with the internship, humanistic care ability training, parents support identity attitude, satisfaction with the teacher, teaching conditions satisfaction, willingness, care from work, understanding of other career is the factors affecting students to complete ability(P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that education background, whether to serve as a cadre, humanistic care ability training, and parents’ support and identifcation attitude to their major are the main factors affecting the completion ability of nursing students(P<0.05). Conclusion The completion ability of nursing students is at the medium level. Nursing students with high education, high degree of love for their professional content, who have served as cadres, received humanistic care ability training, and high parents’ support and recognition attitude to their major have high completion ability.
