希望在宫颈癌术后患者应对方式与家庭关怀度间的中介效应分析

Analysis of hope’s mediation effect between coping style and family care level on cervical cancer postoperation patients

目的 探讨宫颈癌术后患者希望水平、家庭关怀度及应对方式之间的关系,并分析希望水平在家庭关怀度与应对方式之间的中介效应。方法 选取医院2019年12月—2021年12月收治的82例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术治疗,术后采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、Herth希望量表(HHI)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR),分析宫颈癌术后患者SCSQ评分、HHI评分及APGAR评分之间的关系,构建结构方程,检验分析宫颈癌术后患者希望水平在家庭关怀度与应对方式之间的中介效应。结果 调查结果显示,82例患者积极应对水平为17.00(16.00,19.00)分,消极应对水平为14.00(13.00,16.00)分;APGAR得分5.00(4.00,6.00);HHI得分26.00(24.00,28.00)分。采用Pearson相关性分析,宫颈癌术后患者积极应对方式、APGAR评分、HHI之间均为正相关(r>0,P<0.05);消极应对方式与APGAR评分、HHI之间均为负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。构建结构方程分析得出,宫颈癌术后患者希望水平在家庭关怀度及应对方式之间发挥部分中介效应。结论 宫颈癌术后患者希望水平、家庭关怀度均与积极应对方式呈正相关性,与消极应对方式呈负相关性,且希望水平在家庭关怀度及应对方式之间发挥部分中介效应。

Objective To explore the relationship between hope level, family care level and coping style of cervical cancer postoperation patients, and to analyze the mediation effect of hope level between family care degree and coping style. Methods 82 cervical cancer patients admitted in hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study object, and all patients received surgical treatment. Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ), Herth Hope Scale(HHI) and Adaption Partnership Growth Affection Resolve(APGAR) questionnarie, analyzed the relationship between SCSQ score, HHI score and APGAR score, and constructed structural equations to test the mediation effect between the hope level between family care and coping mode of cervical cancer patients. Results The survey showed that the positive response level of 82 patients was 17.00(16.00,19.00) points, and negative response level was 14.00(13.00,16.00) points;APGAR score 5.00(4.00,6.00) points;and HHI score 26.00(24.00,28.00) points. Using Pearson correlation analysis, positive correlation between positive coping, APGAR score and HHI(r>0, P<0.05);negative response and APGAR score and HHI(r<0, P<0.05). The structural equation analysis shows that the hope level of patients after cervical cancer played a partial mediating effect between family care and coping style. Conclusion The level of hope and family care after cervical cancer were positively correlated with positive response style and negative coping style, and the hope level plays a partial mediating effect between family care and coping style.
