标准化护理流程对老年缺血性脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓预防的效果评价

Evaluation of the preventive effect of standardized nursing process in low limbs deep vein thrombosis elderly patients with ischemic stroke

目的 探讨标准化护理流程在预防老年缺血性卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年4月某三级甲等医院收治的老年缺血性脑卒中患者160例,按照住院时间及组间基本资料匹配原则分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组采用预防下肢深静脉血栓标准化护理流程,对照组采用常规护理流程,比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、住院时间及患者护理满意度。结果 实施标准化护理流程后,观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 标准化护理流程有助于降低老年缺血性卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized nursing process in the prevention of low limbs deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 160 elderly ischemic stroke patients admitted in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of hospitalization time and basic data matching between groups, with 80 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the standardized nursing process for the prevention of DVT, and the control group used the routine nursing process to compare the incidence of DVT,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results After the implementation of standardized nursing procedures, the occurance rate of deep rein thrombosis of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the hospital stay time was shorter than control group, the difference was statistically signifcant(P <0.05);the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant(P <0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing process could help reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with ischemic stroke, shorten the hospital time of patients and improve the satisfaction with nursing.
