摘要
目的 探讨CICARE沟通模式在口腔种植患者术后电话回访中的应用及其效果。方法 选取2021年4—8月医院收治的160例口腔种植患者为研究对象,按照基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组采用电话回访路径进行随访,观察组采用CICARE沟通模式进行电话回访。比较两组患者术后复诊依从性,护理满意度,术后疼痛指导、用药指导、饮食指导、口腔卫生护理等指标的完成度。结果 观察组术后复诊依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者疼痛处理、合理用药、合理饮食、口腔卫生护理等评分及遵医行为总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护士专业知识、处理相关问题能力、沟通能力、术后宣教、护理质量5个方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用CICARE沟通模式对口腔种植患者术后进行电话回访,能及时解决患者种植术后出现的不良反应问题,缓解患者焦虑情绪,有效提高患者术后复诊依从性,强化其遵医行为,提升了护士的沟通及解决问题能力,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,对优化护患关系起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of CICARE communication model in postoperative telephone follow-up of patients with oral implantation. Methods 160 patients with oral implantation admitted in the hospital from April to August 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group with 80 patients in each group according to the principle of comparability of basic data. The control group was follow-up by telephone return visit route, and the observation group was followed up through the CICARE communication model. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of the completion degree of postoperative return visit compliance, nursing satisfaction, postoperative pain guidance, medication guidance, diet guidance, oral health care and other indicators. Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of pain management, rational drug use, rational diet, oral health care and the total scores of compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than the control group in five aspects: professional knowledge of nurses, ability to deal with related problems, communication ability,postoperative education and nursing quality, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion CICARE communication model could timely solve the adverse reactions of patients after oral implantation,relieve the anxiety of patients, effectively improve the compliance of patients after postoperative visit, strengthen their compliance behavior, improve the communication and problem solving ability of nurses, and improve the satisfaction of patients on nursing services, and plays an important role in optimizing nurse-patient relationship.
