Research on the Functional Safety Verification Test Method of Passenger Vehicle Camera Monitor System(CMS)

本文说明了功能安全基本概念和功能安全强制性检验流程,介绍了摄像机-监视器系统(CMS)及其应用现状、法规发展历程,研究了CMS功能安全验证试验方法,包括测试场景、失效模式以及接受准则等3个方面。测试场景部分给出了验证试验必要的行驶轨迹和车速;失效模式部分中列举了无图像、图像卡滞等7个方面的故障;接受准则部分阐述了主观评价试验方法、驾驶员要求以及评分标准。

This paper describes the basic concept of functional safety and the functional safety compulsory inspection process, and then the camera monitor system(CMS) and its usage and regulatory development are described. Finally, the CMS functional safety verification test method is studied, including test scenarios, failure modes and acceptance criteria. The test scenario part gives the necessary driving trajectory and speed for the verification test;the failure mode part lists 7 faults such as no image and frozen image;the acceptance criteria part describes the subjective evaluation test method, driver requirements and grading rules.
