德技并修视域下高职“三维六化”新课程育人模式构建探颐 被引量:1

摘要 职业院校作为我国高素质人才培养基地,“技育与德育”并重,已逐渐成为教学改革的重点领域。但仍有部分职业院校过于重视“技能教学”,忽视了高素质人才需要德育。新时代,职业院校应坚持德技并修培养模式的初心,落实立德树人和全面育人的根本目标。文章针对德技并修延伸视角下的新需求,探讨高职新课程育人模式,在分析传统高职院校育人模式弊端的基础上融合“三维六化”育人模式,构建更符合现代化职业人才培养需求的育人模式。 As a training base for high-quality talents in China, vocational colleges have gradually become the focus of teaching reform by attaching equal importance to "technical education and moral education". However, some vocational colleges pay too much attention to "skill teaching" and ignore the need for moral education for high-quality talents. In the new era,vocational colleges should adhere to the original intention of the training model of combining morality and technology, and implement the fundamental goal of cultivating morality and educating people in an all-round way. Aiming at the new demand of the extension of moral and technical education, this paper discusses the new curriculum education model of higher vocational education, integrates the "three-dimensional and six oriented" education model on the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional education model of higher vocational colleges, and constructs an education model that is more in line with the needs of modern vocational talent training.
