医教协同背景下加快发展临床医学专业学位教育探究

临床医学是我国最早设置专业学位教育的领域之一,临床医学专业学位教育发展与改革在医教协同的推动下取得了巨大成效。深化医教协同,进一步加快临床医学专业学位教育发展意义重大,但我国临床医学专业学位教育发展仍然面临深层次的困境。医教协同背景下,加快发展临床医学专业学位教育应更加重视服务行业需求,完善人才培养体系,改革培养机制,加大投入力度,创新人才选拔模式。

Clinical medicine is one of the earliest fields to set up professional degree education in China. The development and reform of professional degree education in clinical medicine have made great achievements under the promotion of medical education coordination. It is of great significance to deepen the cooperation between medicine and education and further accelerate the development of degree education in clinical medicine. However, the development of degree education in clinical medicine in China is still facing a deep-seated dilemma. In the context of medical education synergy, to accelerate the development of degree education in clinical medicine, we should pay more attention to the needs of the service industry, improve the talent cultivate system, reform the training mechanism, increase investment and innovate the talent selection model.
