WANG Lie’s Experience in the Staged Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children

总结王烈教授分期论治儿童过敏性鼻炎的经验。基于“寒包火”理论,认为儿童过敏性鼻炎发作期是由外寒与内热综合作用所致,以寒包于外、热蕴于内为病机关键,外因卫表不固、风寒犯肺,内因脾胃积热、上蕴于肺,使肺气失宣,鼻窍不利,宜治以解表清里、固表通窍,常用自拟利鼻方加减;缓解期以肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚为病机关键,正气亏虚,易罹外感,外邪屡犯,则致疾病反复发作,宜治以益肺健脾、补肾固本,常用自拟固防汤加减。

This paper introduced Professor WANG Lie's experience in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis by stages.According to the“cold enveloping fire”theory,it is believed that allergic rhinitis during attack period is caused by external cold and internal heat,with the core pathogenesis of cold enveloping the exterior and heat accumulating in the interior;the external cause is insecurity of the wei(卫)exterior,and the wind-cold invading the lung,while the internal cause is the heat accumulated in the speen-stomach,and upward in the lungs,making the lung failing to diffuse,and nose orifice discomfort.The corresponding treatment method should be releasing exterior,and consolidating the exterior to unblock the orifices,and self-made Li Bi Formula(利鼻方)in modification is suggested.In the remission period,the core pathogenesis is depletion of lung,spleen and kidney,manifested as susceptibility to external contraction due to healthy qi depletion,and disease recurrence as to repeated invasion by external pathogen.Correspondingly,it is appropriate to benefit the lung and fortify the spleen,supplement the kidney and consolidate the root,with self-made Gufang Decoction(固防汤)in modification.
