Professor DING Ying's Experience in the Treatment of Fever of Unknown Origin in Children: from the Perspective of “Latent Pathogen in Sanjiao (三焦)”

总结丁樱教授从邪伏三焦论治小儿不明原因发热的临证经验。认为小儿不明原因发热的核心病机为邪伏三焦,提出以消泄伏邪、疏利三焦为基本治则,临证用三仁汤、黄芩滑石汤、杏仁石膏汤以清利湿热、宣通三焦,用升降散、达原饮、小柴胡汤以疏畅气机、调达三焦,并以小柴胡汤、三仁汤、升降散、达原饮合方化裁丁氏柴仁升降汤作为治疗小儿不明原因发热的有效验方。

This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor DING Ying in treatment of children with fever of unknown origin(FUO)from the perspective of“latent pathogen in sanjiao(三焦)”.It is believed that the core pathogenesis of this disease is latent pathogen lingering in sanjiao,and the basic treatment principle is to eliminate latent pathogen and drain sanjiao.Sanren Decoction(三仁汤),Huangqin Huashi Decoction(黄芩滑石汤),and Xingren Shigao Decoction(杏仁石膏汤)are used in clinical practice to clear damp-heat,diffuse and unblock sanjiao;Shengjiang Powder(升降散),Dayuan Beverage(达原饮),and Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)were suggested to smooth qi movement and regulate sanjiao;and Ding's Chairen Shengjiang Decoction(丁氏柴仁升降汤)formulated by the integration and modification of Xiaochaihu Decoction,Sanren Decoction,Shengjiang Powder,and Dayuan Beverage is suggested as a proven formula for the treatment for FUO in children.
